My name is Kay, and I make art ! I make it in many forms. Drawings, accessories, toploaders, and a bit more that'll hopefully come soon. I simply enjoy what I do so much, that I decided to make a small business out of it ! And so came this website ;)
Terms/Conditions/Shipping/Extra :) !
-I unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds after the item(s) have been sent out.
-Majority of low demand prints are made to order. Which means I will have to order them first before I can ship it to you. This can take up to two weeks. Please keep that in mind when ordering !!
-Pre-Orders: This means you are ordering before the product is actually made. This makes it easier to get a count on how much I personally need to order. Therefore, it can take time to order and recieve depending on the demand for the specific item.
-International shipping: International customers have the option for tracked, and untracked packages. PLEASE NOTE: If you choose UNTRACKED, I cannot help with keeping tabs of your package:( If the package gets lost, I am not responsible for this, and cannot take it up with my post office as there is no tracking. I am only able to offer one re-shipment if for STICKERS ONLY.
-Coupons, sales, and vouchers do NOT cover shipping and taxes or extra fees.
-All bundles (3+ items excluding prints)/Blind Bags (depending on size) come in a box with extra or upgraded freebies ! All orders come with freebies though:)
-Damaged good(s) ?? Please Email me at [email protected] for further assistance. Or dm me on my socials.
-Lost package ? Unfortunately, after I send out packagaes, I am no longer in care or charge of it. Please reach out to the shipping company for further assistance. All my orders (minus some international) come with tracked shipping.
-Want to cancel an order ? Please do so BEFORE I send out your order. After this is done, I can no longer cancel it.
